Dalton Brown is a junior advisor with Michael R Nelson, Jr at Waddell & Reed in the Safety Harbor, Fl office. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics form the University of Florida. After graduating, he immediately began work at Waddell & Reed.
His passion for investing began in High School during a project about the stock market, where he fell in love with the idea that one can invest in businesses so easily instead of simply consuming their products. Being an economics scholar, he saw first-hand the history of how investment can change lives and wanted to bring this phenomenon to people in his community.
In addition to being a Financial Advisor, Dalton is also an avid golfer and Gators fan. His other passions include cooking, reading history and philosophy, and spending time with friends and family. He currently resides in Clearwater, FL.
